Due to the U.S. Government shutdown, the Wake Island K9W Forgotten 98's
Commemorative DXpedition is now on hold pending a revised schedule.
We will announce new dates for the DXpedition as soon as possible.

The K9W Wake Management Team
Grant, KZ1W and Rob, N7QT will be heading to Raivavae Island on a
shoestring mini-DXpedition as TX5D October 2-14. They will be using the
new CrankIR portable antenna system from SteppIR as well as Elecraft K3
transceivers and KPA500 amplifiers.
Their operational base will be two bungalows located next to the beach on the north side of Raivavae Island and less than 20 feet from the Pacific Ocean. Activity will be on 80-10 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY or PSK.
