Mar 23, 0000 UTC, Marion Reef. A fresh low has developed just north of Mellish Reef and according to forecasts it is predicted to move towards Mellish. Winds of 30 to 40 knots are indicated for the area. The low is forecast to instensify with the possibility of turning into a cyclone (hurricane).
